TALENTUM OYJ RELEASE FEBRUARY 15, 2008 AT 9.55 am TALENTUM SELLS PART OF PREMEDIA BUSINESS TO ITELLA In a transaction concluded today, Talentum has sold DH Tools Oy, a part of the premedia business that focuses on digital data management, to Itella Group's Mail Communication. DH Tools Oy's main business is supplying companies with digital systems for marketing. It employs 16 people. The transaction will have no marked effect on Talentum's financial performance or financial position. The sum involved in the transaction will not be released. “Digital data management is an interesting sector with plenty of potential, and DH Tools has good brands as its customers. Data management is not, however, a core business at Talentum, and so we wanted to discontinue it in line with our strategy. We are happy that the company will end up at Itella, a Finnish company which, being an operator in the field, is well placed to take the company forward,” says Lasse Rosengren, the director responsible for the Premedia business area. “DH Tools will bring us content and process expertise in campaign management that will provide an excellent supplement to our multi-channel marketing-communications service package.
