Avista: Justering av OMX Stockholm Benchmark index med anledning av nyemission i Getinge (23/08)

Med anledning av nyemission i Getinge AB (1:16) kurs 120 kr per aktie, så kommer OMX Derivatives Markets, förutsatt godkännande på bolagsstämman, att justera Getinge AB i enlighet med ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, regel 5.3. 

På ex-dagen den 26 februari 2008 kommer antalet aktier för GETI B (SE0000202624) i OMX Stockholm Benchmark index att ökas till 180 130 495 st.
