Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 18, 2008 , IMMOSOLAR GmbH für Energiemanagement Darmstadt,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on SOLON AG für Solartechnik, Berlin,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007471195, WKN: 747119, have exceeded the 30% limit
of the Voting Rights on February 15, 2008  and now amount to 30.39% (this
corresponds to 3808397 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 6.19% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 775401 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
