Amendment of bonds in series 166, 168 and 173 Swedbank Mortgage AB has agreed with Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank on an amendment of clause 12 of the general terms & conditions of the company's bonds in series 166, 168 and 173. The amendment, which is made following consent of bondholders representing at least 80 % of the outstanding nominal amount of each series, is in preparation of the company's forthcoming issuance of covered bonds.
