Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Beate Uhse AG,
Flensburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007551400, WKN: 755140, have exceeded the
3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% limit of the Voting Rights on February
13, 2008  and now amount to 33.33% (this corresponds to 23661000 Voting
Rights).
