WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on February 8, 2008, their Voting
Rights on SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013),
Unterneukirchen (Germany), exceeded the 3% and 5% thresholds (due to a
purchase of shares with voting rights) and amounted to 5.04% (222776 Voting
Rights) effective that day.

Thereof, 3.85% (170046 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to art. 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
