informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Kontron AG, Eching, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006053952,
WKN: 605395, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February
18, 2008  and now amount to 5.00% (this corresponds to 2570000 Voting
Rights).
