Magnus Meyer nominated as new Kungsleden Board member 

The Election Committee of listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ)
has reported that it will be proposing Magnus Meyer for election as a Board
member at the AGM (Annual General Meeting) on 17 April 2008, to replace Mats
Israelsson, who has declined re-election. The Election Committee will be
proposing the re-election of other Board members, i.e. Bengt Kjell, Jens
Engwall, Jan Nygren, Jonas Nyrén, Per-Anders Ovin, Anna Weiner Jiffer and Thomas
Erséus. The Election Committee is also proposing the re-election of Bengt Kjell
as Chairman of the Board.

Magnus Meyer (born in 1967), who has a B.Sc. (Eng.), has been Chief Executive of
leading Swedish architecture practice Tengbomgruppen AB since 2005 and a member
of global real estate adviser DTZ's Advisory Board. In 2000-2005, Mr. Meyer was
Head of Asset Management, and subsequently Head of New Business and Business
Development at GE Real Estate. 

Kungsleden's Election Committee has the following members: KG Lindvall,
Chairman, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder, Gunnar Balsvik, representing Kåpan
Pensioner Försäkringsförening, Charlotta Wikström, representing Olle Florén and
companies, as well as Chairman of the Board Bengt Kjell.

The Election Committee's complete proposals for resolution at the AGM 2008, more
information on the candidates for Board membership, and a review of the Election
Committee's activities will be submitted by no later than coincident with the
publication of the notice convening the AGM.
