Nevada Gold Announces Summary Judgment Affirmed by Appeals Court

HOUSTON, Feb. 20, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) today announced that the Court of Appeal of the State of California, Fifth Appellate District, (the "Appeals Court") affirmed the previous ruling of the Superior Court of the State of California (the "Superior Court") regarding the suit by Rinaldo Corporation ("Rinaldo") against the Company.

On February 15, 2007 the Superior Court granted Nevada Gold's Motion for Summary Judgment, effectively disposing of Rinaldo's single remaining claim against Nevada Gold.
