Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Colonia Real Estate AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006338007, WKN: 633800,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 12, 2008 
and now amount to 2.77% (this corresponds to 623500 Voting Rights).
