The Executive Management and the Supervisory Board have today discussed and
approved the annual report of GN Store Nord A/S for the financial year 2007.
The annual report has been prepared in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards as adopted by the EU and additional Danish disclosure
requirements for annual reports of listed companies.
Fourth quarter 2007 highlights
• The Q4 financial results were in line with the announcement of January 15,
2008
• Revenue was DKK 1,526 million
• EBITA was DKK 82 million exclusive of non-recurring costs of DKK 77 million
• Revenue in GN Netcom was DKK 775 million - slightly down organically, but
gross margin increased to 39% from 34% in Q4 2006
• EBITA in GN Netcom was DKK 30 million compared to DKK 2 million in Q4 2006
• Revenue in GN Resound was DKK 747 million and was, as expected, impacted by
the protracted sales process lasting 16 months
• EBITA in GN ReSound was DKK 35 million exclusive of non-recurring costs of
DKK 40 million
Full year 2007 results
• Revenue was DKK 5,981 million
• EBITA was DKK 403 million exclusive of non-recurring costs of DKK 109 million
• Operating profit was DKK 230 million
