German Securities Trading Act on behalf of Morgan Stanley & Co.
Incorporated, New York, NY 10036, USA, that Morgan Stanley & Co.
Incorporated on February 14, 2008 has fallen below the threshold of 5% and
3% of the voting rights of Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterfoehring,
Germany, and on that day holds 0.26% of the voting rights (=290,557 shares,
each carrying one voting right).

Furthermore the holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Morgan
Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, Wilmington, Delaware DE 19801, USA,
notified us on February 20, 2008 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 German
Securities Trading Act, that its share of the total voting rights in
Premiere AG, Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterfoehring, Germany, has also fallen
below the threshold of 5% and 3% on February 14, 2008, and that Morgan
Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company on that day holds 0.26% of the
voting rights (=290,557 shares, each carrying one voting right), whereby
these voting rights are attributed to it pursuant to Section 22 Para. 1
Sentence 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act through its subsidiary
Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.
