SEMPO Announces Newly Elected Board of Directors Who Will Serve for Two Years

Number of Votes Cast is 40 Percent More Than Last Year


WAKEFIELD, Mass., Feb. 25, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) today announced the results of its 2008 Board of Directors election. A record number of votes was cast -- 40 percent more than last year.

The 13 newly elected individuals, who were elected to a two-year term, will remain on the Board until 2010. The new Board will begin their term March 12. Board officers will be elected at the SEMPO March Board meeting and announced at SEMPO's meeting at Search Engine Strategies (SES) New York on March 17.
