Richard C. Baylor, Chairman, CEO and President of Camco and Advantage Bank made the announcement.
Swearingen serves the Marietta, Ohio and Parkersburg, WV markets from the Advantage Bank office located in Vienna, West Virginia. His primary responsibilities include all facets of commercial lending, business banking products and business development. Swearingen joined Advantage Bank in 2007 after serving as Senior Vice President of the First Neighborhood Bank in Parkersburg for the past seven of his thirty years in the banking industry. Mr. Swearingen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Glenville State College, WV and has completed the Graduate School of Banking program. He is a past President of the Wood County (WV) Rotary Club, serves on the Parkersburg Development Task Force, Chamber of Commerce Commercial Development Committee, and is an Assistant High School Soccer Coach. Doug and his wife, Diane, reside in Vienna, West Virginia. They have two grown sons, Jason and Joey.
