InTiCom Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime Standard) anticipates a
considerably reduced EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) of approx.
EUR 1.0 million for the fiscal year 2007. Extraordinary expenses were
entered into the annual financial statements due to the unexpected
termination of a customer relationship in the business field of DSL and a
revaluation of debts.

Apart from the loss of profits, the unexpected termination of the
contractually protected customer relationship also resulted in the required
depreciation for capitalized development expenses and components to the
total amount of approx. EUR 0.8 million, owing to very specific product
development. The Board of Directors is presently looking into taking legal
steps towards a compensation for the damages the company has sustained.

In addition to that, the result is burdened by a revaluation of the
accounts receivable, carried out within the context of preparing the annual
financial statements, to the amount of approx. EUR 0.6 million.

The Supervisory Board has decided in consultation with the Board of
Directors to fill the vacant position of CEO with a qualified external
candidate in order to strengthen the management team. First conversations
have already been held on this subject. The Supervisory Board expects the
position to be filled as soon as at the beginning of the second quarter.

The preliminary figures for the fiscal year 2007 will be announced on March
4, 2008 as scheduled.
