vwd AG and DZ Bank AG intend to expand business cooperation significantly

(Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, General Standard, ISIN
DE0005204705) and DZ BANK AG intend to expand their existing business
cooperation significantly. According to the plans, vwd Vereinigte
Wirtschaftsdienste AG shall provide for the GIS product lines of DZ BANK AG
terminal products, browser-based market data solutions and Internet portals
as part of complete solutions to DZ BANK AG. Details regarding the future
cooperation will be agreed between vwd AG and DZ BANK AG within the next
weeks.
