Release of a Voting Rights announcement

The UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland, has informed us in accordance with Article
21, Section 1 of the Securities Trading Act that the voting rights in our
company fell below the threshold of 3 % on May 25, 2007 and on that date
amount to 2,98 % (22.789.593 voting rights). On these 0,02 % are to be
allocated according to Article 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act.
