Verso Hires Former Level 3 Communications Executive Jeffrey Donahue to Head North American Sales


ATLANTA, Feb. 26, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Verso Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:VRSO), a global provider of next generation network solutions, announced that it has hired Jeffrey Donahue, to head North American Sales. Prior to joining Verso, Mr. Donahue was the Senior Vice President for Sales and Operations for TelCove/Level 3 Communications. As a member of the executive management team from 2003 to 2007, he was responsible for all sales and field operations for a $400 million business and managed a staff of 800 people. Prior to that, Mr. Donahue held a variety of different positions with TelCove and Adelphia Communications, including RVP of the NE Region for TelCove and the creation and rollout of several different competitive services for Adelphia Communications, including High Speed Internet Access, Paging and Long Distance services.
