Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 26, 2008 , Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on InTiCom Systems
Aktiengesellschaft, Passau, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005874846, WKN: 587484,
have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on February 26, 2008
and amount to 2.26% at this day (this corresponds to 97.000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.26% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 97.000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH.
