Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Intrinsic Value Investors (IVI) LLP, London, Great Britain informed us at
26th February 2008 as follows:

1. Notification pursuant to Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG

In the name and on behalf of IVI UMBRELLA FUND PLC, 70 SIR JOHN ROGERSON´S
QUAY, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND, we should hereby like to inform you pursuant to
Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG that on 20/02/2008 IVI UMBRELLA FUND PLC
disposed of shares in Essanelle Hair Group AG to the effect that its
percentage holding of the voting rights in Essanelle Hair Group AG was
reduced below the thresholds of 5% and 3% to 0%. The size of IVI UMBRELLA
FUND PLC´s holding is 0 shares. The calculation of the above is based on
the understanding that Essanelle Hair Group AG has 4,595,000 shares in
issue.

2. Notification pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1, Sentence (1) N° 6 WpHG

In our own name, INTRINSIC VALUE INVESTORS (IVI) LLP, 1 HAT & MITRE COURT,
88 ST JOHN STREET, LONDON, EC1M 4EL, UNITED KINGDOM, we should hereby like
to inform you that on 20/02/2008 our percentage holding of the voting
rights in Essanelle Hair Group AG was reduced below the thresholds of 5%
and 3% to 0%. The size of our holding of voting rifgts is 0 shares. The
calculation of the above is based on our understanding that Essanelle Hair
Group AG has 4,595,000 shares in issue.
