We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 20th February
2008 the voting interest held by The Ratio European Fund in Essanelle Hair
Group AG (located at Niederkasseler Lohweg 20, 40547 Duesseldorf, Germany)
fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% and now amounts to 0% (0 voting
rights).

2. MAC Lochsong 19A Limited, - Notification pursuant to § 21 (1) WpHG

40547 Duesseldorf, Germany

We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 20th
February 2008 the voting interest held by MAC Lochsong 19A Limited in
Essanelle Hair Group (located at Niederkasseler Lohweg 20, 40547
Duesseldorf, Germany) fell below the threshold of 3% and now amounts to 0%
(0 voting rights).

We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1of the WpHG, that on 20th
February 2008 the voting interest held by Ratio Asset Management LLP in
