UBS AG, Zuerich (Switzerland), informed us according to art. 21 section 1
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on February 21, 2008, their
voting rights on SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG (ISIN DE000SKWM013),
Unterneukirchen (Germany), fell below the 5% threshold (due to a sale of
shares with voting rights) and amounted to 4.24% (187646 voting rights)
effective that day.

Thereof, 3.85% (170046 voting rights) are to be attributed to UBS AG
pursuant to art. 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act).
