Peab builds in Hammarby Sjöstad

Peab has been commissioned to rebuild and enlarge an office complex in Hammarby
Sjöstad in Stockholm. Peab received the order from Fabege's subsidiary Induco AB
and the value of the contract is SEK 139 million. 
The commission is a performance contract to be carried out in cooperation with
the remaining tenants. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in
the spring of 2009.
