Urban Dahl leaving Willys - Tor Gullberg and Claes Gabrielsson named as acting
presidents

Effective 26 February, Tor Gullberg and Claes Gabrielsson are taking over as
acting presidents of Willys AB. Urban Dahl, who has been president of Willys
since 1 November 2005, has been relieved of his duties at his own request for
health reasons. 

Tor Gullberg and Claes Gabrielsson will share the responsibility as acting
presidents until a new, permanent president has been appointed. 

Urban Dahl will stay with the Axfood Group in a more advisory and less operative
role. He will report directly to Axfood's President and CEO, Anders Strålman.

The work on recruiting a new president for Willys has been started.

Axfood AB conducts retail trade through the wholly owned store chains Hemköp,
Willys and Willys hemma, comprising slightly more than 220 stores, and wholesale
trade through Dagab and Axfood Närlivs. In addition, Axfood collaborates with a
