Today it has appeared to Ruukki Group Plc that Kostroma region's administration has today published in its web site (http://www.dip-kostroma.ru/modules/news/print.php?storyid=1264) an announcement related to Ruukki Group's planned Kostroma investment projects. The key content of the announcement is that Ruukki Group's planned Kostroma sawmill project has been removed from the Kostroma region's register of investment projects, and moreover that the priority investor status application for the sawmill has been disapproved. The status of Ruukki Group's pulp mill project in the Kostroma region's investment register has not changed. Ruukki Group Plc or its Russian subsidiary have not received any official notification on the issue.
