Change in holding in OMX
Borse Dubai Limited (Borse Dubai) announced today that they have increased their
holding in OMX AB over 90 percent on February 26, 2008. The holding in OMX AB
was increased with 28,626,616 shares. Thereafter, Borse Dubai's holding in OMX
AB is now 117,227,931 shares which represents 97.171 percent of the shares and
votes of OMX AB. The share capital of OMX AB consists of 120,640,467 shares.
