On February 25th, 2008, Invesco Perpetual (Oxfordshire, United Kingdom)
informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 WpHG for the Canada
Holdings Inc. (Toronto ON, Canada) about an amendment of their notification
on December 19th, 2007, that the voting rights via shares of AIM Canada
Holdings Inc. (Toronto ON, Canada) on Utimaco Safeware AG, Oberursel,
Germany (ISIN: DE0007572406, WKN: 757240) have exceeded the 5% limit on
November 2nd, 2007 and on this date amount to 5.43% (this corresponds to
801,000 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 5.43% (this corresponds to
801,000 voting rights) are attributed to AIM Canada Holdings Inc. according
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
