threshold of 15% and now amount to 19.90% (22,379,540 voting rights).

York, NY 10036, USA, News Corp. Europe, Inc., New York, NY 10036, USA, and
News Netherlands B.V., 1411MA Naarden, Netherlands, notified us on 27
February, 2008 pursuant to Section 21 Para. 1 German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) that, as of 26 February, 2008, the voting rights of News
Corporation, News Publishing Australia Limited, News America Incorporated,
News Corp. Europe, Inc. and News Netherlands B.V. in Premiere AG,
Medienallee 4, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceed the threshold 15% and
now amount to 19.90% (22,379,540 voting rights).
Pursuant to Section 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG), the voting rights are attributed to News Corporation,
News Publishing Australia Limited, News America Incorporated, News Corp.
Europe, Inc. and News Netherlands B.V. and are held by News Armenia B.V., a
company controlled by News Corporation, News Publishing Australia Limited,
News America Incorporated, News Corp. Europe, Inc. and News Netherlands
B.V..
