Change in holding in OMX
NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ OMX) announced today that they have increased
their holding in OMX AB over 90 percent on February 27, 2008. NASDAQ OMX's
holding in OMX AB is now 117,227,931 shares which represents 97.2 percent of the
shares and votes of OMX AB. The share capital of OMX AB consists of 120,640,467
shares.
