Correction of the Voting Rights Notification dated 25 February 2008

Voting Rights Notification pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG (stock)

In accordance with Section 21 (1) WpHG, Mr. Armin Sohler, Germany, has
provided notification to us that on February 25, 2008, its share of voting
rights in schlott gruppe AG, Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250 Freudenstadt
(WKN 504 630), and the share of voting rights of JUST-US GmbH attributable
to him in accordance with Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, fell below
the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3% and that its share of voting rights now
amounts to 0.00% (0 voting rights).

In accordance to Section 21 (1) in conjunction with Section 22 (1) sentence
1 no. 1 WpHG, Mr. Joachim Kohm, Pforzheim, as sole proprietor of JUST-US
GmbH, has provided notification to us that on February 25, 2008, his share
of voting rights in schlott gruppe AG, Wittlensweilerstraße 3, 72250
Freudenstadt (WKN 504 630), exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% and
that the share of voting rights now amounts to 10.96% (= 680,000 shares of
6,204,200 shares). According to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG the
10.96% (680,000 voting rights) held by the JUST-US GmbH, controlled by Mr.
Joachim Kohm, are to be attributed to him.
