The board of Wärtsilä Corporation (Wärtsilä) has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves an extra dividend of € 2. The scheduled date for the AGM is March 19, 2008. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Wärtsilä.
