Our lead investor group consisting of Investcorp Technology Ventures, SAIF
Partners and CornerstoneCapital AG has declared vis-à-vis Mania a qualified
subordination of all its claims in relation to shareholder loans in the
principal amount of EUR 35,583,274.14 plus interest thereon, and has
declared vis-à-vis our subsidiary Mania Deutschland GmbH a qualified
subordination of all its claims in relation to loans in the principal mount
of EUR 4,123,610.32 plus interest thereon.
With this measure, the balance sheet of Mania as well as Mania Deutschland
GmbH has strengthened considerably.
