notification of voting rights according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG from David
Gelbaum und Monica Chavez Gelbaum, USA:

On February 25, 2008 the share of voting rights of David Gelbaum and Monica
Chavez Gelbaum as joint owners ('Gesamthandsberechtigte') in SOLON AG für
Solartechnik, Ederstraße 16, 12059 Berlin (ISIN: DE0007471195) fell below
the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2,90% (363.410 voting rights) on that
day.
