On February 27, 2008 Audley Capital Management Ltd., Guernsey, United
Kingdom, announced supplementary according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG
[German Securities Trading Act], that its proportion of voting rights in
Balda AG, Bergkirchener Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 10 percent on October 9, 2007 amounting to 10.09 percent
of all voting rights (4,781,379 shares).

According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 WpHG [German
Securities Trading Act] all voting rights (4,781,379 shares) are attributed
to Audley Capital Management Ltd., Guernsey, United Kingdom, through Audley
European Opportunities Master Fund Limited, Guernsey, United Kingdom.

Furthermore on February 19, 2008 Audley Capital Management Ltd., Guernsey,
United Kingdom, announced supplementary according to Article 21, Section 1
WpHG [German Securities Trading Act], that its proportion of voting rights
in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5 percent on June 8, 2006 amounting to 5.0139
percent of all voting rights (2,013,750 shares).

According to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 Number 6 WpHG [German
Securities Trading Act] all voting rights (2,013,750 shares) are attributed
to Audley Capital Management Ltd., Guernsey, United Kingdom, through Audley
European Opportunities Master Fund Limited, Guernsey, United Kingdom.
