The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the Fund Prospectus, Simplified Prospectus and Fund Rules of open-end investment fund Parex Russian Equity Fund on February 27, 2008. All amendments are in force starting February 22, 2008. As to amendments taken: 1. Specified information about Company (contact data). 2. Specified information about investment certificates' distributors. 3. Specified changes in Council of the Company. 4. Specified names of Other Funds, Private Pension Fund Plans, and State Funded Pension Scheme Asset Investment Plans Managed by the Company. The above mentioned changes will not influence the fund investment portfolio and its investors. The prospectus of the fund is available from the official website of the Riga Stock Exchange (http://www.omxgroup.com) and on the website of “Parex Asset Management” IPAS (http://www.parex.lv).
