As announced in Stock Exchange Release no. 15/2007, Columbus IT Partner A/S has
been negotiating an acquisition of the ERP activities in the Lithuanian based
UAB Sonex Group. These negotiations have now been successfully completed and
with effect from March 1st 2008 Columbus IT Partner's Lithuanian company has
acquired 100% of the share capital in UAB Sonex Sistemos. UAB Sonex Group is
part of the Ementor Group.
The purchase price is set at EUR 2.0m (DKK 15m). The purchase sum is to be
settled in cash.
UAB Sonex Sistemos had revenues of EUR 3.0m (DKK 22.4m) in 2007 and with the
acquisition 70 employees have been taken over.
UAB Sonex Sistemos is one of the leading IT consultancy companies in Lithuania
focusing on selling and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
After the acquisition Columbus IT is the biggest provider of Microsoft Dynamics
in Lithuania with a total of 125 employees.
