TECNOMEN HAS RECEIVED TWO NEW ORDERS WORTH USD 5.6 MILLION FROM LATIN AMERICA

Tecnomen has received two major expansion orders for its Charging and Messaging 
solutions in Latin America. The expansion orders are in total USD 5.6 million,  
and will be delivered during the first half of 2008.                            

The Tecnomen Convergent Charging solution includes functionality for prepaid and
post-paid billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, raw data    
traffic and any type of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The 
solution includes a new range of value-added services optimised for increasing  
ARPU. The Tecnomen Messaging solution includes some of the most advanced        
technologies on the market for meeting the needs of mobile subscribers today and
tomorrow. With the Tecnomen Messaging solution, operators and service providers 
can build messaging service packages tailored to suit their own requirements,   
and offer their customers the advanced value-added services needed to stand out 
in today's competitive market.
