Peab acquires and divests property in Stockholm Peab has signed a contract with Fabege for the acquisition of the property Racketen 11 in Alvik in Bromma, with planned housing building permits for approximately 20.000 square metres. The deal is pending approval of the zoning plan. Peab is going to develop the new city district Ulriksdal in Solna and has signed a collaboration agreement with Fabege to progressively divest some 50 000 square metres office building permits, which are located next to Europe road E4. Peab has sold its 50 per cent share in Deamatris to Fabege. Deamatris owns and develops the Krejaren 2 property at Östermalmstorg. Peab's capital gain from Krejaren amounts to SEK 30 million, which will be recognized in the income statement in the first quarter of 2008.
