Engineering Firm Completes Phase I of Plant Development of Monarch Petroleum's Detroit Processing Facility


HINSDALE, Ill., March 6, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Petroleum Inc. (OTCBB:VYGO) (Frankfurt:DXD) announced today that the engineering firm of Kuchar Consulting International (KCI) out of LaPorte, Indiana has completed Phase I of the machinery and process design of its Detroit facility operated by its subsidiary, Monarch Petroleum, Inc. Phase I maximizes the efficiency and reliability of Monarch's processing and bottling equipment and the promotion of overall safety in the facility. Phase I completed projects include the design layout in the processing area, the separation and upgrading of electrical systems and the installation of industrial-type lighting and insulation of the seven-heated tanks in the first processing area. Phase II is underway with installation of centrifugation equipment, various filters, screeners, pumps and additive blenders.
