Cybercom signs 3-year contract with Jämtland's County Council Cybercom signed a new frame agreement with Jämtland's County Council (JCC). The contract covers consulting services for infrastructure, system development, business development, project management, and support. “The framework agreement with Jämtland's County Council closely follows our growth strategy for the public sector,” says Joakim Ek, MD for Cybercom's operations in northern Sweden. “Cybercom has a strong proposition for Swedish counties and municipalities.
