The following information is based on a press release from Axis AB (Axis) dated March 7, 2008 and may be subject to change. The board of Axis has proposed that the Annual General Meeting approves an extra dividend of SEK 3,25 per share. The scheduled date for the AGM is April 17, 2008. Provided that the Annual General Meeting approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Axis.
