After the disposals were made on 5th March 2008, FIL Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries own a total of 10,904,704 shares. The company's capital consists of 220,981,817 shares in issue. As a consequence, the number of shares held or deemed to be held by the shareholder amounts to 4.93 percent of the paid up share capital and to 4.93 percent of the voting rights of the company. Please be advised that, with effect from 1 February 2008, Fidelity International Limited (domiciled in Bermuda under company number EC 01462 and with a registered office at Pembroke Hall, 42 Crow Lane, Pembroke, Bermuda) has changed its name to FIL Limited.
