Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On 4 March 2008, UBS AG Zürich, Schweiz informed us in accordance with
article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that, via shares, its voting rights in
Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, Germany, ISIN: DE0008001009, WKN: 800100, had
exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 26 February 2008 and now
amounted to 3.13% (this corresponds to 5136991 voting rights). According to
article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG, 0.95% of the voting
rights (this corresponds to 1561222 voting rights) is to be attributed to
UBS AG.
