Besigheim, 10 March 2008 Müller - Die lila Logistik AG transacted the
planned sale of its real estate at its headquarters in Baden-Württemberg in
January 2008. The effects from this transaction which were originally
planned for 2007, the reduction of liabilities by approx. 9 million as
well as the proceeds of 4.6 million will influence the financial results
in the first quarter of 2008. Group earnings before taxes on income for the
fiscal year 2007 will be 1,246 k, group earnings after income on taxes
will amount to 942 k.
