TietoEnator is negotiating with OP-Pohjola Group and Ilmarinen about the centralisation of ICT operating services

TietoEnator, OP Bank Group Central Cooperative and Ilmarinen Mutual
Pension Insurance Company have signed a letter of intent on combining
the ICT operations centres of OP-Pohjola Group and Ilmarinen. The
target of the negotiations is to produce the ICT operations
management services by a joint venture, that is built on the current
subsidiary of OP Bank Group Central Cooperative called FD
Finanssidata by modifying its ownership and structure. Today
TietoEnator owns 30% and OP Bank Group Central Cooperative owns 70%
of FD Finanssidata.

Great majority of the personnel in the joint venture will come from
FD Finanssidata. The terms of employment with the current personnel
of 96 will remain the same. The service personnel will be transferred
to the TietoEnator Group under this agreement.

Both parties aim to sign the actual contract by the end of April
2008.
