Based on the clause 3.5 of the chapter Supervision of TSE Rules, TSE has right to add a watch notation to a security and to the trading information displayed on the Web site to draw the market participants' attention to significant circumstances related to a security or an issuer. According to the clause 3.5.4.7 of the chapter Supervision of TSE Rules, one of the grounds for adding the watch notation is a situation that may materially damage the interests of investors in the opinion of TSE. On February 29, 2008 Q Vara announced via the stock exchange's information system that publishing its 12 months interim report for the year 2007 will be delayed and it will be published by March 14, 2008, the latest. According to the announcement, there is an intention to correct the value of several real-estate investments and inventory items. Based on this information, the Management Board of TSE decided to add a watch notation to the bonds of Q Vara starting today, March 10, 2008, based on article 3.5.4.7 of the chapter Supervision of TSE Rules.
