BroadLogic Names Sik-Han Soh Senior Director of Operations
15-Year Semiconductor Industry Veteran to Ensure Quality and Reliability of BroadLogic Technologies

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - BroadLogic Network Technologies, a leading
provider of silicon solutions for broadband networks, today announced the
appointment of Sik-Han Soh as senior director of operations responsible for
the company's operational excellence and the quality and reliability of
BroadLogic's products. Sik-Han has more than 15 years of engineering and
operations experience in the semiconductor industry, including foundry
management, negotiating supply agreements, and new product introductions.
The appointment comes as BroadLogic continues to expand its operations in
response to strong market growth and demand for BroadLogic's solutions.

hands-on engineering related to manufacturing quality and a track record of
successful operational management of silicon production," said Danial

Most recently, Sik-Han was director of operations, technology and
manufacturing at broadband access solutions provider Centillium
Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for operations and overall
product quality as well as sourcing new technologies, selecting foundries,
negotiating supply agreements, focusing on cost reductions, and managing
supplier relationships.
Prior to Centillium, Sik-Han was senior QA manager, Configurable Product
Group at Fairchild Semiconductor Corp., where he managed quality
assurance-related activities, including qualifying and auditing foundries
and subcontractors and monitoring process and product quality and
reliability. Sik-Han has also held a variety of management and engineering
positions at National Semiconductor Corp. and Hewlett-Packard.
Sik-Han has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor of Arts
in Physics from Earlham College, Richmond, Indiana. He has published
several papers on manufacturing reliability.
