Decisions Taken at Glaston Corporation's Annual General Meeting

Glaston Corporation's Annual General Meeting was held today on March
11, 2008 in Helsinki. The Annual General Meeting approved the
financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2007
and released the Board of Directors and the President & CEO from
liability for the accounting period January 1-December 31, 2007.

The Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share,
that is, a total of EUR 7,8 million. The record date for dividend
distribution is March 14, 2008. The dividend payment date is March
25, 2008.

The AGM approved the reappointment of Mr Claus von Bonsdorff, Mr
Klaus Cawén, Mr Carl-Johan Rosenbröjer, Mr Christer Sumelius and Mr
Andreas Tallberg as members of the Board of Directors for a further
term of office lasting one year. Moreover, Mr Jan Lång, President and
CEO of Uponor Corporation, and Mr Mikael Mäkinen, President and CEO
of Cargotec Corporation, were appointed as new members of the Board.

The Annual General Meeting approved that the yearly remuneration for
the members of the Board of Directors shall remain at EUR 40.000 for
the Chairman of the Board, EUR 30.000 for the Deputy Chairman of the
Board and EUR 20.000 for other members of the Board.

Public accountants KPMG Oy Ab, with Mr Sixten Nyman Authorized Public
Accountant as the principal auditor, were reappointed as the
company's auditor.
