Eindhoven, March 11, 2008 Catalis SE, a worldwide leading outsourcing
services provider focusing on high-end technical services relating to the
creation of digital content for the film, video games and telecom industry,
is pleased to announce its preliminary results for fiscal year 2007.

Based on not yet audited figures Catalis SE has generated revenues of Euro
34.6 million in fiscal year 2007, achieving an increase of more than 200%
to the previous year (Euro 11.1 million). The increase in revenues is due
to the acquisition of Kuju Entertainment, the first time full consolidation
of PMTC and significant organic growth.

The operating profit has increased by 76 % from Euro 2.9 to Euro 5.1
million. In both revenues and operating profit Catalis SE exceeded its
published guidance for 2007.

The acquisition of Kuju Entertainment (games development) turned out to be
a substantial contributor to the companys revenue as well as profit line,
providing Catalis SE with a second strong foothold in the segment of
outsourcing services for the digital media industry. By the same time the
quality assurance division managed to recover from the shortfalls in the
first two quarters of 2007, which was due to the 'war of formats' between
BluRay and HD. Games testing turned out to be the fastest growing line of
business in the quality assurance division (Testronic Labs).

Revenue target for 2008 is Euro 39.0. Combined with an operating profit
target of Euro 5.5 million, this underlines the companys sound growth
pattern.

The audited consolidated financial statements will presumably be published
in May 2008.
