The Board of Directors of Nobia has appointed Preben Bager as the new
President and CEO. He will take office on 2 April 2008 and succeeds
Fredrik Cappelen, who previously announced that he intends to stand
down as President at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 1
April.

Preben Bager, who is 59 years old, has worked in the kitchen industry
for more than 25 years and, as head of HTH, he has developed this
business unit into one of the Nordic region's leading kitchen brands.
He is since three years head of Nobia's UK region."The Board is highly pleased with the choice of Preben Bager as the
new CEO of Nobia. Preben has the experience and possesses the
qualities required to implement the next few years' ambitious program
that, among other initiatives, includes the opening of more than 200
new stores," says Hans Larsson, Chairman of Nobia's Board.

CFO Jan Johansson has decided to leave Nobia this summer to join
Morphic Technologies in the same role. His successor will be
announced shortly.
